Symbols
The symbols from myths and epics were one of the things that interested me from one of the previous assignments. I was going through the video playlist and icons and symbols used in mythology seemed very cool. http://iereadingguides.blogspot.com/2017/08/project-idea-divine-iconography.html This link provided seems to have a list of iconography that I can check on that's related to various Indian Epics

Creation Stories
The creation stories are one of the most interesting part of any religion or myths in my opinion. Each of them are generally very creative and seems somewhat far-fetched. Leaving out the creation stories of Indian Epics would be missing out on a big chunk on this class. http://iereadingguides.blogspot.com/2017/08/project-idea-creation-stories.html The link seems to provide various aspects of the Hindu beliefs that make up the idea behind its creation stories.

Rakshasas
The demons in Indian Epics seem to be a good topic to research on as well. I remember one of the stories I read earlier this week involved an island filled with only female rakshasas that took in lost sailors to be their husband and ate them. They seem to be a big part of many stories that we'll get to read.

Epic Battles
Battles are always interesting to read and a good way to immerse in any mythology. Just as the Trojan War is so famous and has its own connection to the Roam myths, I'm sure there are wars and battles related to Indian Epics that can be just as interesting. If Bollywood movies are any indication, I imagine the scale of battles must be enormous as well.
